Communication with the school has been very limited and the work supplied to children during the pandemic has not been the best quality. Waiting for a response from staff is dismal to say the least.
I applied for a new child placement and waited months and months to find that Caroline the secretary ignores emails and call-backs. When I request to speak to the head to make an official complaint this too was ignored. It does however make me feel a little better knowing I am not the only one and a friends, relative applied for a position at the school for the same member of staff to ignore them constantly. It would seem the secretaries run the school rather than the head and the governors! Would not recommend this school to anyone if you want your child to have a decent education.
